Well, here we go again. It took a long time, but we finally have 4-AP-3-MeOH available for purchase. But, before you order, we should make some things clear.
I’ll distill it into one simple sentence – This doesn’t work for everyone.
There, I’ve said it. It may, or may not work for you.

I have my disease, and 4-AP-3-MeOH works extremely well for me. It helps with walking, balance, sensation, neuropathy and lessens spasms. We have regular purchasers of 4-AP-3-MeOH, some have been using it for years now. They are very happy with it, dependent upon it. They become very angry when we run short.
We originally started selling 4-AP-3-MeOH several years ago, as you can imagine, it was very popular, but it doesn’t work for everyone.
This is an experimental substance, and there are no established dosages or formulations.
We initially compounded 0.5mg 4-AP-3-MeOH, with 10mg L-Threonine.
With regular 4-AP, the filler acts as a buffer for the, rather unstable 4-Aminopyridine. In addition to this, people like full capsules. Value for money.
Some people complained about the lack of filler, they felt they were being ripped off, so we next filled the capsules up all the way with filler. Others complained about the overfilling.
In addition to this, the extra filler had a negative effect on the 4-AP-3-MeOH. In short, it stopped working.

These are some of the most common capsule sizes. We use 0 size capsules, for the plain and simple reason that they are the cheapest to buy, and our compounder has the equipment to cheaply add the 4-AP-3-MeOH to them.
The 4-AP-3-MeOH is such a small amount, but it is a very stable chemical (unlike regular 4-AP). It doesn’t need a filler, but our compounder insists on using a small amount of carrier for the 4-AP-3-MeOH.
We should use 5 size capsules, and capsules with a solid colour, so nobody can see inside. But this adds to the price. The 4-AP-3-MeOH, plus compounding is so expensive as it is, we cannot add any more to the cost.
So, we use 0 size capsules, with barely anything inside. Just the active chemical, plus a small carrier. This is what we have found to work the best for ourselves and our customers.
I am reaching the end of this now, but I have to repeat again that 4-AP-3-MeOH isn’t a magic bullet. We are not in the business of ripping people off with snake oil or quack remedies. We all have enough problems, trying to live with our diseases, our conditions. We have more than enough problems, without being ripped off.
OK? So, all of the above, I sincerely mean. We took 4-AP-3-MeOH off the shopping cart for years, there were a lot of complaints, but frankly it was nice, not being disparaged all over the internet. Time moves on, and we received a lot of enquiries about 4-AP-3-MeOH. A lot.
This whole thing, mod4all, you’ll notice that there isn’t a huge catalogue of pharmaceuticals. Just a limited range of medicines. We originally started it as a buyers club. We don’t make much money, and certainly, despite the cost, the 4-AP-3-MeOH basically breaks even.
We buy our 4-AP-3-MeOH from Japan. We have tried (and failed) to have it compounded more cheaply elsewhere. Though, this time, we purchased so much, we actually received a discount, so we have increased the capsule dosage to 1mg. Used to be 0.5mg, now 1mg per capsule.
